BHS Pony Stars Clubs
The Pony Stars non-ridden fun sessions will develop your love for ponies, build knowledge and form friendships while gaining awards on the way. Each child will have their own My Challenge Book to log their achievements with stickers and a colourful bag to keep them in. As they progress through the various challenges there will be iron-on cloth badges to keep them engaged and motivated. Pony Stars enables long-term progression with a range of activities that will develop knowledge, skills and self-confidence. Ridden skills and badges can be achieved in your lessons too. Children do not need to be doing lessons to join in and can start at any time! Tuesday evening Pony Stars Club for children aged 5-12 years old 6-7pm Welshie Wizzers (children off lead rein/Intro groups) and Connemara Champs (children in Novice riding groups or above) Running Tuesdays weekly during term time Costs: -Introduction pack £30 - includes the book for the group, stickers, bag (plus badges as they achieve them) -Sessions are £16 per time T&C Welshie Wizzers / Connemara Champs payable the start of each half term Once booked sessions they are non-transferable/ non-refundable for that period Children can join at anytime - payments due will be discounted to reflect the sessions that are left to book for the period Children will need to bring hats and gloves for their session, please book a hat hire if your child requires one Children do not need to be riders at Fletchers Farm to attend but we must have a rider registration form for them on file to attend Tuesday evening clubs children must be dropped/collected at the indoor school gate by parents. Fancy a holiday treat? Come and join us at Fletchers Farm for a private 30 minute hack around the farm for children aged 4 years old and upwards.
Parents must be happy to walk alongside their child whilst they are riding.

Adult Taster rides
Tues - Sundays daytimes - Adult Taster rides
This is a 20 minute led walk ride in an arena with a member of staff leading your horse.
Ideal way to try horse riding before booking formal lessons or as a present for someone.
These are informal fun sessions to come and have a go and include hat and boot use.

Ideal for Home Educated children or those looking for an alternative provision to support their childs current timetable.
Mornings will comprise of 30 mins following the Achieve awards for Horse Care, learning to Tack up, then a parent supported ride of approx 40/45 minutes
The course is bookable for the six weeks and is £324 (includes hat/boot use)

Sunday 16/11 - Kristina Biggs Jumping Clinic
Come and work on your jumping skills with Kristina who is an experienced show jumping Instructor. Kristina has successfully competed in affiliated show jumping competitions & cross country events and will use her knowledge to help you work towards your goals.
Kris will be offering 45 minute private sessions to clients in our outdoor arena.

Class 1 Christmas Cross Poles (30cm max in middle) - One round timed
Riders on the lead rein welcome / arena assistance allowed
Class 2 Candy Cane Cross poles (45cm max) Cross Poles – Two phase
No lead rein but arena assistance allowed
Class 3 Festive Fun 50cm – One round timed - uprights only
Class 4 Noel Novice 55cm – Two phase
Class 5 Christmas Cracker Pairs – 60cm-65cm
First rider jumps round a course of jumps, passes baton to second rider to then jump round same course. Fastest, clear pair wins.
** A minimum of four pairs required for this class to run**
Class 6 Santa Stakes 65cm – Two phase
Class 7 Tinsel Trial 75-85cm – Two phase
Class 8 Sleigh Stakes 85-95cm – Two phase
Two phase – If rider jumps clear round first part of the course, they ride straight onto the further fences in a timed section.

24/12 Xmas eve Intro+ Pony Camp
A full day at the yard where children will be involved in catching ponies in from the fields, grooming, tacking up, feeding, stable work and games/stable manegment training or quizzes with a one hour ride included. Full day with a takeaway lunch included.
These days are for children who rides with us in our Child Intro groups where children have learnt to trot off the lead rein and are used to riding with other children. If you are not a regular rider please book an assessment lesson to check your childs ability to join the activity so that we can ensure a good time for all!

Peggy's Pals - Childrens Activity
Ideal sessions for children aged 4-7 years old. Come and meet the ponies, try your hand at a pony activity such as grooming or feeding and have a short arena based ride.
45 minute sessions which include hat and boot use. Adults must walk alongside their child when they are riding.
Time: 12.15-1pm
